Jay Rock, a student at the Prospect College of Technology, is this year's winner of the Stan West Trophy.
The Stan West Trophy is presented in memory of Stan West, a founder member of The Rotary Club of Caversham, who donated a lifetime of service to the community.
At the lunchtime meeting on Wednesday 24 Jun 2009 Jay Rock was presented with a certificate, the Stan West trophy and a cheque for winning this year's Stan West Trophy competition with a wooden cabinet he designed and built as part of his course work.

The awards were presented by president Dr Jitesh Patel following an introductory speech given by Rotarian Peter Belcher, one to the judges.
